Alyssa Lee focuses on removing barriers in investment decision-making and defining market solutions for individuals and communities.

Some of her accomplishments include: 

 

  • Creating market demand and policy solutions to improve access to affordable sources of mainstream credit for up to 70 million Americans by including utility, telecoms, and other payment data in credit files;
  •  Spurring tool development for economic developers and retail opportunity, Civic IQ by the Neilson Claritas.  The tool identifies, measures, and targets retail opportunity based on the thought leadership of  UMI’s Urban Retail Performance Metrics (Urban RPM)
  •  Building an intellectual framework for the role of markets and information in community economic development now used by the World Bank.
  • Bringing financial freedom into focus for metro DC families, students and businesses by providing customized roadmaps to financial success.

Alyssa Lee brings cross-sector expertise from the private sector, government, and not for profit sector.  

Ms. Lee holds a Master of City and Regional Planning with distinction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She received a double Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Urban Studies from Northwestern University.
